SuPeR RoN in the making!...
welllll... grabeee my whole body is aching as of the moment because of my WEiGHT Training class! yup! u heard it right! WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS!!! I want to develop more my gorgeous body!! whahahaah (i realized dat this blog is for the internatonalcommunity! so i used English for this post! yaan nyo pag dinugo at naubusan na ko! magfiFilipino na ko!) i carried 20 lbs in the said class! which is toooooooo heeaaavvvyy! well... after the class mejo ngawit at gusto ko nang humiga sa locker room! grabe!!! lam nyo un feeling na super stress!!!! but what can i say?! its my choice anyway and no pain no gain right?!!! huuuuhhhh... by the end of the sem ill promise dat my gorgeous body will be more gorgeous than before!!! especially my abs!!! hahahah... thats a promise! and also by that time i hope that my backpains will be gone.. thats the thing im more corncerned of because im suffering from it for more than years already!!! watch out also for my biceps, triceps and chest! ahahha... i dont want to have an ADONIS body just a little bit of that kasi mejo masagwa tingnan sa body size ko kaya aun mejo nde ko cla palalakihin maxado un tama lang! naks! ahhaha... buti nga me buddy ako at hes assisting me because if not i dont know what will happen to me! (parang ganun din xa e! kaya mejo natutulungan namin ung isat isa!) by the way kaklase ko pala c miko dun sa class na un na super crush ng block nila lucia at panatiko rin dun c jlee at minsang nilapitan din un ni ses sa casaa para maamoy! kadiri kau! ahhaah... ;p
